Submissions must be received by February 1, 2012 along with a completed submission form to be considered for inclusion by our guest panel of professionals from Quincy's Young Professional organization. Panel members have backgrounds in: Art, Broadcast, Audio Production and Film. There is no fee to enter a film in this event.
